Product Design Lead / Hong Kong, Remote / 2023–2025

I joined ChatDaddy as a UX Designer & Product Management Intern, moved into a Lead UX Designer & Product Manager role, and finished as Product Design Lead. Over two years I helped redesign the multi-channel WhatsApp marketing platform, built a scalable design system, and worked across product growth, billing, CRM, and automation features.

• Progressed from intern to lead, eventually owning product design across the platform.
• Redesigned the multi-channel SaaS platform and delivered a scalable design system.
• Shipped the multi-channel inbox, automation builder, CRM, and analytics experiences.
• Revamped billing from tiered SaaS plans to a credit-based model.
• Supported product growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
