T3 Cars
T3 Cars is a multi-brand car service centre, part of a large group with a strong presence in the automobile sector. The company was building an app and a dashboard to streamline processes in their service centre. I consulted and designed the initial product along with a usable design system and brand assets. The product was eventually scrapped because of internal reasons.
- Designed car service-centre management software across web and mobile.
- Built the mobile app experience for on-ground stakeholders.
- Designed the web app for billing, data visualisation, and workflow tracking.
- Ran user research and iterative feedback sessions with the operations team.
